Watch the video of this Microsoft guy enthusing about the future of real time office collaboration. Their Communicator product is out now for the enterprise and I'm looking forward to 'presence' features pushing my own productivity through the roof, let alone what it will do for places like hospitals. I get so frustrated by missed calls, leaving a message for someone as they're ringing you back etc etc.
